D2 Bulletin Preseason Preview
Romeoville, Ill. - Women's Division II Bulletin announced that Lewis University junior forward
Jessica Kelliher (Waukesha, Wis./Waukesha North) has been named a D2 Bulletin Preseason Women's Basketball Honorable Mention All-American.
Last season, Kelliher, the 2017 Great Lakes Valley Conference Player of the Year, led the conference in both scoring (19.7 ppg) and scored in double-figures in 31 out of 32 games, including 15 games of 20+ points and three games of 30+ points.
The Waukesha, Wis., native also set a school-record with a field goal percentage of 65.2% (258-for-396), which was also the best in NCAA Division II. Kelliher has the best career field goal percentage (62.8%) of any active Division II player and the second-highest career scoring average (19.0 ppg.).
Following the season, Kelliher was selected as a Division II Bulletin Third Team All-American and Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) and Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) Honorable Mention All-American.

Lewis opens the 2017-18 campaign on November 10th, as the Flyers host Hillsdale for a 3 PM tip-off at Neil Carey Arena.
