Romeoville, Ill. - The Great Lakes Valley Conference announced on Thursday (Apr. 18) that Lewis University sophomores
Armand Levandi (Tallinn, Estonia/Audentese Spordigumnaasiumi) (Tallinn, Estonia/Audentese Spordigumnaasiumi) and
Erik Aunapuu (Tallinn, Estonia/Audentese Spordigumnaasiumi) (Tallinn, Estonia/Audentese Spordigumnaasiumi) have been named to the All-GLVC Men's Tennis Team for the second-straight season.
"It is a great accomplishment for both Erik and Armand to be named to the All-Conference team," Lewis head men's tennis coach
Brett Bridel said. "I am thankful that the GLVC recognized them."
Levandi, the reigning GLVC Men's Tennis Player of the Week, owns a team-best singles record of 14-1 and a combined doubles mark of 11-4. Aunapuu, the 2012 GLVC Freshman of the Year, has an overall singles mark of 10-7 and is a combined 11-4 in doubles action.
Drury's Andy Blair repeated as the GLVC Player of the Year, while Southern Indiana's Jack Joyce is the GLVC Freshman of the Year and his coach Chris Crawford is the GLVC Coach of the Year.
