Milledgeville, Ga. -
Lewis University sophomore Armand Levandi (Tallinn, Estonia/Audentese Spordigumnaasiumi) was the lone Flyer to win against No. 18 Georgia College, as the host Bobcats claimed the 8-1 non-conference victory over the No. 38 Flyers on Saturday (March 9) afternoon.

Levandi claimed the 7-5, 6-3 victory over Andreas Ainalides at No. 2 singles.

With the victory, Georgia College moves to 7-3 on the campaign, while the visiting Flyers are now 2-3.

"I was proud of our effort today, but disappointed with our execution," Lewis head men's tennis coach Brett Bridel said. "Our biggest focus has to be on finding a way to consistently compete on every single position for every single match we play."

Lewis returns to action on Sunday (March 17), as the Flyers host Grand Valley State. First serve is set for 10 AM at the Jack Oremus Tennis Complex.
