Sept. 16, 2005 NOTRE DAME, Ind. - Terran Wertz finished an impressive 35th among 277 runners overall and fourth among non-NCAA Division I participants Friday at the National Catholic Cross Country Invitational. Wertz covered the 5,000-meter course in 19:25. She was joined by Juliann Szablewski (20:37), 112th overall and 46th non-Division I; Theresa Dexl (21:48), 196th/108th; Amanda Hammond (21:49), 197th/109th; and Becky Herbert (22:32), 226th/131st. The Flyers finished 26th among 35 teams overall and 17th among 22 in non-Division I competition. |
