Her first season at Lewis after transferring from Elizabethtown (Pa.) College, where she competed two years in cross country and track.

High School/Other: Earned four varsity letters ... as a senior, finished 12th in the district and 12th in the conference, and was the team's "Leader of the Pack" and co-captain ... helped lead Tunkhannock to conference and district titles and a berth in the state championship meet in her junior season ... team was conference champion and district runner-up in her sophomore year ... also lettered four years in track and field ... was a member of the school's 4x800-meter relay team that won the district title and qualified for the state meet her junior season ... National Honor Society member, Who's Who Among American High School Students, 2003 "Best and Brightest," recipient of school's Tammi Lynn Jervis Scholarship and co-recipient of school's Jack Daniels Award.
