Aug. 30, 2008 SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. - Junior Stephanie Sagat had another solid match with 10 kills, but No. 15 Lewis fell to No. 4 Cal State San Bernardino 3-0 (25-23, 25-22, 25-16) late Saturday evening. In addition to her team-high kills, Sagat also had five digs and a block assist. She was named to the all-tournament team. Freshman Lauren Seliga registered seven kills and six digs. Sophomore Danielle Mount had five kills and four blocks (one solo). Sophomore Rachel Ruedi tallied 23 assists, five kills, six digs, two block assists and two aces. Senior Lauren Hatter had a match-high 15 digs. The Flyers stand at 1-3 while the Coyotes are now 3-0. Lewis returns home next week to host the 2008 Flyer Festival. |
