NAPERVILLE, Ill. - The Lewis University women's tennis team improved to 3-1 with an 8-1 victory over North Central on Wednesday. The Flyers won five of six singles matches and all three doubles contests. No. 4 Katie Popp improved to 4-0 on the season, while No. 3 Jordan Lynde and No. 6 Vicky Orlova upped their records to 3-1. Lynde and Popp improved to 3-1 at No. 2 doubles. Lewis concludes the fall season Oct. 2 with a match against St. Francis. Match time at the Lockport Fitness Forum is 3 p.m. |
