ROMEOVILLE, Ill. - Kaitlin Colosimo tossed her second no-hitter of the season Friday to lift top-seeded Southern Illinois Edwardsville to a 4-0 winner's-bracket triumph over fifth-seeded Wayne State in the Division II Great Lakes Regional.

Colosimo (25-3) walked two and struck out eight as SIUE, ranked No. 5 nationally, improved to 43-8. The sophomore left-hander retired 14 hitters in a row at one point.

The Cougars took a 1-0 lead in the fifth on Kaeleigh Rousey's leadoff home run and added three insurance runs in the sixth.

Lauren Zembruski led off the sixth with a single, moved to second on Jodie Ohlau's sacrifice and scored on Courtney Mall's double. Libby Lenart's two-out single plated Mall to make it 3-0, and the final SIUE run scored on a Wayne State error.

Molly Yetman (23-4) took the loss for Wayne State (40-16). Yetman struck out six and allowed three earned runs, four hits and a walk in six innings.
