ROMEOVILLE, Ill. - The Lewis University women's soccer team is hosting a four-day girls' fitness camp starting on Thursday, Feb. 25. Campers will work with Lewis coaching staff and players on a variety of soccer specific training techniques used by both collegiate and professional players. The program will incorporate soccer related strength training, balance, agility, speed and plyometrics. The camp will be held in the JFK Sports Center Fieldhouse and spaces are limited. The camp costs $125 and includes four nights of fitness/soccer instruction, a recruiting question and answer session and camp t-shirt.
