AVALON, Wis. - The Lewis University women's golf team finished seventh among 16 teams at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Invitational Saturday and Sunday.

The Flyers posted scores of 353 and 368 for a 721 total at the 36-hole event played at Prairie Woods Golf Course.

Chantelle Mika carded an 88 in both rounds to finish at 176 and in a tie for 23rd place among 101 individuals. Lyndsey Krieger (88-89) was a stroke behind at 177, good for a tie for 25th.

Also competing for the Flyers were Michelle Dudek, tied for 31st (87-93=180); Vanessa Nomura, tied for 43rd (90-98=188); Nicole Mason, 68th (99-101=200); and A.J. Lagerhausen, 86th (111-100=211).
