April 10, 2007 EDINBURGH, Ind. - Lewis University finished eighth among 12 teams at the Great Lakes Valley Conference Women's Golf Championship that concluded Tuesday at the 5,868-yard Timbergate Golf Course. Amy Sachs led the Flyers, tying for 20th among 58 golfers. Sachs, who tied her career best with an opening-round 78, shot an 82 on Tuesday and finished at 160. Also competing for Lewis were Allison Snyder, 29th (80-83=163); Michelle Dudek, 42nd (93-78=171); Jamie Siedlaczek, tied for 43rd (88-84=172); and Carly Keeler, 50th (84-95=179). The Flyers carded a 327 team score in the final round and finished at 657. |
