April 8, 2006 ANGOLA, Ind. - Rachel Parks, Lyndsey Krieger and Amy Sachs turned in top-10 performances to lead the Lewis University women's golf team to second place at the Tri-State University Spring Invitational. Parks tied for fourth with an 84 and tied for the best back-nine score by firing a 39. Krieger tied for seventh with an 85, and Sachs tied for 10th with an 87. Michelle Dudek carded an 88 and finished 12th, while Jamie Siedlaczek tied for 15th (91) and Vanessa Nomura placed 23rd (96). The Flyers registered a 344 team score in the eight-team tournament that was played at the par-73, 5,828-yard Zollner Golf Club. |
