April 2, 2006 LOCKPORT - Jamie Siedlaczek, Rachel Parks and Amy Sachs tied for seventh place to lead the Lewis University women's golf team to second place at the University of St. Francis Spring Invitational. Siedlaczek, Parks and Sachs each carded an 83 in the scheduled 36-hole event that was shortened to 18 holes by Sunday's rain. Michelle Dudek (87) tied for 19th. Also competing for Lewis were Vanessa Nomura and Nicole Mason, tied for 26th (90), and Amanda Lagerhausen, tied for 30th (92). The runner-up Flyers posted a 336 team score in the nine-team tournament. |
