Brayce Forsha is in his second full year as a graduate assistant for the Lewis University men's and women's cross country and track and field teams. Forsha is a graduate of the University of Central Missouri, where he earned a B.S. in Exercise Science in 2001. Currently he is pursuing a master's degree in organizational leadership. As an undergraduate at UCM, Forsha helped the cross country team to two conference championships. The team also qualified for nationals each year of Forsha's career. In track, Forsha was a two time All-American in both the indoor mile and the outdoor 1500. He was a six-time individual conference champion and four-time team champion. After college Forsha moved to Oregon to pursue a post-collegiate running career. While in Oregon, Forsha ran for Team XO Track Club and was coached by Ron Tabb and Bill Dellinger. Forsha and his wife Emily reside in Aurora with their son Eli. |
