Lewis finished with a 317-300-297=914, just four shots behind fifth place. "Our bad first day set us back but I was really proud of the way we kept battling," head coach Dennis Troy said. Senior Greg Roderique (Aurora, Ill./Waubonsie Valley) and sophomore Logan Watts (New Albany, Ind./New Albany) tied for 12th overall and the team lead. Roderique shot a 77-72-75=224. Watts improved his total each day, shooting a 77-76-71=224. Junior Paul Dagys (Oak Forest, Ill./Oak Forest) was third on the team and tied for 21st overall, totaling an 82-73-74=229. "We broke 300 today and move up a spot but came up short of catching Southern Indiana like we were trying to do," Troy said. Lewis finished sixth among the GLVC's 12 schools.
