JACKSON, Mo. - The Lewis University men's golf team finished 15th among 16 teams at Southeast Missouri State University's Harris Fall Classic Sept. 8-9.

Lewis, the only NCAA Division II team in the field, shot 310-320-314=944 at the 54-hole event. Southern Illinois Carbondale won the tournament with an 877.

Jason Buffone tied for 50th among the 88 individuals with scores of 76-80-75=231. He was followed by Lloyd Roth, tied for 59th (76-77-81=234); Dennis McLain, 74th (84-81-75=240); Tres Steffey, tied for 77th (78-83-83=244); and Dean Katsaros, 80th (80-82-83=245).

The Flyers compete at Illinois State's D.A. Weibring Intercollegiate Sept. 14-15.
