Box Score

ROMEOVILLE - Lewis registered its season scoring high for a second consecutive game Monday night in a 105-64 rout of non-conference opponent Lincoln Christian at Neil Carey Arena.

Lewis surpassed the 100-point mark for a third time in the 2005-06 campaign and posted its largest victory margin of the season. The Flyers shot a season-best 67.2 percent from the floor - the fifth time in six games they have shot at least 50 percent - and also tallied season highs in assists (33) and blocked shots (seven) in winning their third game in succession and fifth in six tries.

The victory lifts the Flyers to 10-4 overall and 8-2 at home. Both win totals equal last season's entire output (10-17 overall, 8-7 at home), with 13 regular-season games to play.

Lewis produced six double-digit scorers for a second consecutive game. Stephan Bolt made a team season-high nine field goals and led all players with 18 points, followed by Pat Monaghan (17), Dustin Warfield (14), Marcus Scott (career-high 13), Ryan Sharp (career-high 13) and John Loeffelholz (11). Bruno Marion scored a season-high seven points.

Brandon Dagans collected 14 assists, most by a GLVC player this season, and added a career-best and game-high eight rebounds as Lewis gained a 38-24 advantage on the boards. Bolt added seven rebounds and Sharp had a career-high four caroms.

Dagans distributed 10 of his helpers in the first half as Lewis shot 74.2 percent (23-of-31) and cruised to a 63-31 cushion at intermission. The 63 points are the most the Flyers have scored in any half this season.

Kendall Patterson notched six assists, giving him 13 in his last two outings. Sharp and Matt Bogue had career highs of three assists and three rebounds, respectively, and Marion tied his career best of three rebounds.

Adam Everett was 4-of-7 from 3-point range and led Lincoln Christian (1-13) with 15 points. Matt Searby scored 12 points, Howard Wickersham netted 10 points and Kyle Wilson had four assists.

The Flyers host Wisconsin-Parkside Saturday in an important Great Lakes Valley Conference contest. Game time is 3 p.m.
