2008-09 Highlights: Named to the All-GLVC Outdoor Second Team following a third-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles (54.99) at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 2)...earned a third-place mark of 51.40 in the 400-meter dash at the Titan Open (Jan. 31)...won the 400-meter hurdles (55.26) at the Chicagoland Championships (Apr. 11)...took home the 400-meter hurdles (55.55) title at the Eagle Invitational (Apr. 18)...won the 400-meter hurdles (56.14) and was third in the 110-meter hurdles (15.51) at the Chicago Penultimate Invite (May 9).

2007-08 Highlights: Was third overall in the 400-meter dash (52.13) at the Dick Pond Open (Feb. 22)...ran a leg of the third-place 4x400 relay (3:22.99) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1)...finished second in the 400-meter hurdles (56.3) at the Eagle Invitational (Apr. 19)...won the 400-meter dash (50.54) at the Old Fashion Track Meet (Apr. 22).

Prep/Personal: Earned two varsity letters in track...was a member of the All-State 4x400 relay team as a senior...selected as outdoor conference MVP ... claimed conference championships in 4x400 relay and 300-meter hurdles...teams finished in top five in state each season...was a member of York's four-time state champion cross country squad...son of Caryn Quinliran...major is flight management.
