2008-09 Highlights: Named to the All-GLVC Indoor First Team after winning the triple jump (36'3 1/2") at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28)...recipient of Lewis' Delahanty Award given for academic excellence among student-athletes and Academic All-GLVC selection...placed second overall in the triple jump (35'3") at the Mike Lints Alumni Open (Jan. 16)...captured the triple jump title at the Division II Challenge (Feb. 7) with a leap of 35'8 3/4")...finished third in the triple jump (36'0") at the Chicagoland Championships (Feb. 13)...was second in the triple jump (36'1 1/2") and placed third in the long jump (16'7 1/4") at the DePauw Invitational (Apr. 4)...won the triple jump (36'4 1/4") at the Chicagoland Championships (Apr. 10)...took home the triple jump (36'5 1/2") at the Eagle Invitational (Apr. 18).

2007-08 Highlights: Academic All-GLVC...finished third in the triple jump (35'8 1/2") at the Early Bird Open (Dec. 8)...was third overall in the triple jump (35'8 3/4") at the Dick Pond Invitational (Feb. 9)...picked up a pair of second-place finishes in the long jump (17'1") and triple jump (36'3 3/4") at the Dick Pond Open (Feb. 22)...won the triple jump (36'4") and was second overall in the long jump (16'8") at the Old Fashioned Meet (Apr. 22)...

2006-07 Highlights: Academic All-GLVC, recipient of Lewis' Delahanty Award for academic excellence among student athletes and a Deans' List student both semesters...won the triple jump (36'2") at the Redbird Open (Dec. 9)...won the long jump (16' ½") and the triple jump (35'2 ½") at the Dick Pond Open (Jan. 13)...was second in the triple jump (36'8 ½") and third in the long jump (16'11 ¼") at the Dick Pond Invitational (Feb. 10)...won the triple jump, setting a career-best leap of 37'2 ¼" and was third in the long jump (17-3 ½) at the Chicagoland Indoor Championships (Feb. 16)... finished third in the long jump (17'7") at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 24)...won the triple jump (36'2") and was third in the long jump (16'8 ½") at the Truman Open (Mar. 31)...was third in the long jump (16'11 ¼") at the Lee Calhoun Memorial (Apr. 14)...won the triple jump (36'2") at the Eagle Invitational (Apr. 21)...won the triple jump (35'1") and finished third in the long jump (16'2 ¼") at North Central's Old Fashioned Meet (Apr. 25)...finished third in the triple jump (36'8 ½") at the Dr. Keeler Invite (May 11).

2005-06 Highlights: Academic All-GLVC, Delahanty Award recipient and a fall Deans' List student.

Prep/Personal: Earned one varsity letter...as a senior, was fourth in the sectional and third in the conference in the triple jump...team finished fifth in the state and won sectional and conference championships that season...fifth in the conference in the triple jump as a junior for a Homewood-Flossmoor team that was ninth in the state, sectional champion and conference runner-up...in sophomore competition, won conference titles in the long jump and triple jump...daughter of Leonard and Maria Wheeler...forensic criminal investigation major.
