2008-09 Highlights: Tabbed as the GLVC Indoor and Outdoor Field Athlete of the Year...picked up championships in the pentathlon and 55-meter hurdles (8.41) as well as second-place finishes in both the long (17'2 1/4") and triple jump (35'5") and a third-place mark in the 400-meter dash (58.68) at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Feb. 28)...claimed the triple jump (36'6 3/4"), 100-meter hurdles (14.94) and 400-meter hurdles (1:05.16) titles and placed second in the long jump (17'3 1/4") and third in the javelin (105'4 1/2") at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 2)...Delahanty Award winner given to Lewis student-athletes for academic excellence, Academic All-GLVC selection and USTFCCCA Division II Women's All-Academic Track and Field team...won the pentathlon (3,325) at the GVSU Holiday Open (Dec. 12)...won the triple jump (35'8 3/4"), earned a runner-up finish in the 60-meter hurdles (9.31) and claimed a third-place mark in the long jump (17'1 1/4") at the Mike Lints Alumni Open (Jan. 16)...claimed a third-place finish in the 60-meter hurdles (9.04) at the ISU Track and Field Open (Jan. 24)...placed third in the 55-meter hurdles (8.60) at the Titan Open (Jan. 31)...took home the triple jump (36'4 1/2") and was third in the 55-meter hurdles (8.50) at the Chicagoland Championships (Feb. 13)...won the 400-meter dash (58.51) at the Dick Pond Invitational (Feb. 21)...captured the 55-meter hurdles (8.51) title at the Dick Pond Invitational (Feb. 21)...placed second in the 100-meter hurdles (15.08) at the DePauw Invitational (Apr. 4)...captured the heptathlon (4,397) title at the Chicagoland Championships (Apr. 10)...placed second in the heptathlon (4,665) at the Chicago Penultimate Invite (May 8).

2007-08 Highlights: Academic All-GLVC...named to the All-GLVC Indoor Track and Field second team...finished second in the triple jump (36'8 1/4") at the Early Bird Open (Dec. 8)...won the triple jump (35'5 1/4") and placed third in the long jump (16'5") at the Titan Open (Feb. 2)...won the heptathlon (4,459) and was third in the 200-meter dash (26.67), triple jump (35'7 1/2") and long jump (17' 1/2") at the Chicagoland Indoor Championships (Feb. 15)...won the triple jump (36'9 1/2") and placed second overall in the 55-meter hurdles (8.77) at the Dick Pond Open (Feb. 22)...captured the bronze in the 55-meter hurdles (8.57) and triple jump (37'1 3/4") at the GLVC Indoor Championships (Mar. 1)...was second in the long jump (17'10 3/4") at the Truman Open (Mar. 29)...won the heptathlon (4,459) at the Chicagoland Championships (Apr. 5)...was third in the triple jump (37'9 1/2") at the Division II Challenge (Apr. 12)...picked up the triple jump (36'6 3/4") title at the Eagle Invitational (Apr. 19)...was third overall in the heptathlon (4,185) at the GLVC Outdoor Championships (May 3).

2006-07 Highlights: Academic All-GLVC, recipient of Lewis' Delahanty Award for academic excellence among student athletes and a Deans' List student both semesters...was second in the triple jump (34'2 ¾") and third in the long jump (15'3 ½") at the Dick Pond Open (Jan. 13)...finished third in the triple jump and 200-meter dash at the Dick Pond Invitational (Feb. 10) ...took second in the triple jump (35-5 ¼) at the Chicagoland Indoor Championships (Feb. 16)... won the 200 (27.09) and finished second in the triple jump (34-5 ½) at North Central's Old Fashioned Meet (Apr. 25).

Prep/Personal: Earned four varsity letters for Cary-Grove...county champion in the triple jump and a member of the conference championship team during her senior season...as a junior, was conference and county champion in the triple jump...was a member of the sectional champion 4x400-meter relay team and the team's Most Valuable, helping Cary-Grove to the conference and county championships...as a sophomore, won the county triple-jump...lettered one year in cross country and participated in volleyball and basketball...National Honor Society member and four-year honor roll student...daughter of Ted and Stella Kustra...environmental science major.
