Complete List of Academic All-Conference Team

Romeoville, Ill. – The Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association has announced that 13 Lewis University men's volleyball student-athletes have been named to the 2013 MIVA Academic All-Conference Team on Thursday (May 2). 
 
"It is great to see our student-athletes recognized for their academic achievements," Lewis head men's volleyball coach Dan Friend said. "It is a difficult challenge to balance academics and athletics."
 
To be eligible, student-athletes must have achieved at least a cumulative 3.0 grade-point-average on a 4.0 scale after the completion of the fall semester at their respective institutions. A total of 101 players in the eight-team conference were honored for their hard work in the classroom.
