1. Team captains complete the IM Entry Form (download from link above). Team members must complete and sign the roster/waiver form prior
to their first contest.
2. Team captain or team representative must attend the captains' meeting to be eligible for league play and playoff competition.
Individual Registration
Free Agent
(for individuals not affiliated with a team)
An individual (a.k.a. Free Agent) may register by attending the captain's meetings in an attempt to identify teams in need or teams willing to accept additional players.
Sportsmanship Policy
Sportsmanship is an
important part to any game. Poor sports are no fun to compete with or
against. The Intramural sports program at Lewis University encourages
sportsmanship from all participants at all times. Competing in the IM
sports program is a privilege for students, faculty and staff members at
Lewis University. All participants are expected to behave in a courteous
manner toward teammates, opponents, fans, officials and staff members.
Those individuals who do not conduct themselves in a proper manner will
not be allowed to participate in the Intramural sports program.
